About us

The Park Stockholm Södra is a creative office location, where the business of today and future is created. It is located in a bustling new area called Stockholmsverken on Södermalm, which is currently being developed by AMF Fastigheter. We have abundant 8000 sqm of space for 850 members from creative industries, who inhabit our dynamic premises. With us, you'll feel inspired and make valuable contacts within our happy members!

The Park Stockholm Södra is located at the center of Stockholm, and it is very easily reachable with public transport. There is a bus stop at the front door and the train station (Södra Station) is just a 2-minute-walk away.

There's a café at the location called Park café, which serves lunch and coffee from 07:00 to 18:00. The area has plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance.
