Established in 2014, Ten87 is a vibrant community hub for creators and professionals in London. Ten87 blends the energy of a creative studio with the focus of a professional workspace, making it the perfect spot to create, collaborate, and connect.

Alongside our state of the art long-term and day-hire studio spaces, our flexible hot-desk and production studios are situated in our flagship Markfield Road complex, where you’ll find bright, open spaces with access to communal kitchens and common areas

Conveniently located less than a ten-minute walk from two mainline tube stations and a myriad of bus routes, getting to Ten87 is convenient, and the area offers an array of spots for coffee, lunch and walks along the canal or through the park!
