Rakentajanaukio 4 is one of the oldest buildings in Otaniemi. In addition to the Coworking space Living+, Department of Civil Engineering of the School of Engineering and Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE) operates in the building. Coworking space Living+ is located in the third floor.

The reservation contains working desk in the shared space, access to phone booth and comfy lounge area. Meeting room reservations are not available at the moment.

Location and neighbourhood

The building is located in the Aalto University campus in the heart of innovation. There are several restaurants and cafés and great sport facilities in the campus area and there's quick access to the Laajalahti seashore and nature reserve.

Arrival

Rakentajanaukio 4 is easily accessible by public transport. It takes around 7 minutes to walk from  the Aalto University metro station to Rakentajanaukio 4. Also, there are several bus connections available. If you are arriving by car, the nearest parking spaces for visitors are located next to Otakaari 5 - A Grid.
