Innova 4 is located in Jyväskylä's Lutakko by the Jyväsjärvi. The area that was earlier used by the wood processing industry is now a vivid concentration of creative economy. There are guest parking spaces for guests on the courtyards of other Innova properties, Innova 1 and Innova 2, that are located next to Innova 4. There are also two Jyväs-park parking halls in Lutakko and time limited parking spaces in the streets and the harbor area.
