ABOUT WERSTAS

Werstas is a co-working space in Turku Science Park that offers inspiring surroundings, first-rate services and good company to anyone looking for easygoing office or maker world environment.

ElectroCity Werstas is a combination of three different themes. Colorful Paradise, industrial Post-apocalyptic world and calm and cool Ice Age. There are plenty of meeting rooms, quiet areas and three different working space cafeterias. Cafeterias are great places for meeting other people who work in Werstas. Parking and public transport

There are around 500 contracted parking spaces in building basements and yards in Turku Science Park. In addition, some 200 paid parking spaces for visitors are available in the BioCity indoor car park and in the yards of ICT-City and TriviumCity. Turku Science Park offers excellent rail connections to Helsinki: the Kupittaa station is just a few minutes’ walk away from the buildings of Turku Technology Properties Group. The following buses go from Turku Science Park to the Market Square: 32, 32A, 42, 6, 600, 60 and 221. Sauna and hobby room

In the basement of ElectroCity you will find changing rooms with lockable lockers, showers and infrared saunas. There is also a hobby woom for Werstas members.

Lobby services

The lobby service points of Turku Technology Properties Group serve all people in Turku Science Park. The customers of Turku Technology Properties Group can also leave outgoing mail in the lobby where it will be picked up by the post.

Printing and scanning

You can use multi-function printers for free during your visitation. Next to the printers there are collection containers for data security paper and regular paper waste. More information is given on the lobby services of ElectroCity.

Coffee and conference rooms

You can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea for free at the kitchen of Werstas. The kitchens are equipped with a shared refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and there is tableware in the cupboards. Ask for the usage of conference rooms from the lobby.

Restaurants

There are plenty of lunch restaurants in the area of Turku Science Park. Ravintola Mauno and VG Wok are located in BioCity, and in DataCity there are Subway and Chinese restaurant China Jade. Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa opened in the summer of 2020 next to Kupittaa railway station. Pop in for a drink after work or spend the evening in the atmospheric Elli bistro.

Cleaning and security

The cleaning and sanitation of office premises and outdoor areas are taken care of by building maintenance professionals who ensure that the premises are in shape and everything is working.Security and order in the premises and outdoor areas of Turku Technology Properties Group is the responsibility of a security guarding service, telephone 020 428 2000 (24 hours a day). Maintenance requests can be sent on an electronic form which should be filled out as carefully as possible, so that the company can process it quickly.
