How do I sign up as a Spacent member?
As an individual user, you can download the Spacent App, register, and start booking. You can choose a monthly subscription to gain access to working desks or pay for every booking separately as you go – it’s up to you.
If you are looking for a service for your company, you can purchase a Business Monthly Plan directly from our website or contact our sales team for a more tailored Business+ solution. If you’d like to opt for an on-demand option without a monthly fixed price, you can get started with our Business Account. After the purchase, download the Spacent App and log in with your work email. Learn more about our different products here. Which spaces can I use with Spacent?
The selection of available spaces and whether they are included in your plan (Monthly Plans) or are available at an additional cost depends on your chosen plan. You can browse the entire Spacent Network here and filter the locations based on the different monthly plans and countries. If you’re already a Spacent Member, the easiest way to browse the spaces available in your plan is to download the Spacent App and browse the spaces there.
What type of spaces does the Spacent Network have?
Spacent Network offers diverse workspaces, from hot desks to meeting, private, and team rooms. Some locations provide extensive amenities like phone booths, silent areas, and showers for those who cycle to work, while others focus on essentials for an efficient workday. How is the safety of the locations taken into consideration?
We are guiding our users to follow the safety instructions provided in our locations by each space partner. We are continuously developing safety measures with our operators based on the feedback we get from the users.
How is information security taken into account in the spaces?
In Spacent locations, many qualities improve information security, such as floor plans aimed to improve your screen privacy, phone booths, team rooms, and lockable lockers. We recommend you always consider your organization’s information security policies and use a VPN when needed. How much can I use working desks with the Monthly Plans?
Monthly Plans give you unlimited use of the hot desks.
How many people can use one Business or Business+ Monthly Plan?
The price of the Business and Business+ Monthly Plan is adjusted based on the size of your company so that everyone in your company can use it.
What if I don’t want to commit to a Monthly Plan? Do I have any other options?
You can open your Spacent Business Account and allow your team to book coworking, meeting, private, and team rooms on-demand–all with one invoice. You can also set budget limitations, curate your network, and onboard your team to the Spacent App. This is perfect for any business that needs flexible choices.
What payment methods are available to pay my Monthly Plan or Business Account?
Payment methods available for you during the purchase process are credit card, email invoicing and electronic invoice. You may change your invoicing method by contacting us at hello@spacent.com.
How can my employees log in to the Spacent App?
When your company purchases a Monthly Plan or opens a Business Account, you can decide on the best login method. Spacent supports Microsoft and Google SSO authentication, but you may also choose an email verification. Our team is also always happy to help you onboard your employees. Your Spacent contact person can provide additional materials and even help you set up an introductory session for your team to ensure they get the best possible kickstart with the service.
How much office space do we need in the new Hybrid Workplace Model?
With the Spacent Hybrid Workplace Simulator, we can create scenarios about the needed space, together, with the customer based on real usage data. Simulations can be included in our tailored packages for larger companies.
We have empty, unused spaces in our office. Can Spacent help with them?
Yes, we can. You can add your own office space to the platform for internal bookings, with integrations to existing booking calendars if needed as a part of our tailored solutions for corporations. You can also set the spaces available for bookings for your own partners or all Spacent Members to gain additional income. But don’t worry about the practicalities; we will help you through the process.
