Our Microkatu campus area

Our Microkatu campus is known as a lively and international campus that has constantly grown, developed and diversified with strong new construction. Today, the whole comprises more than 100,000 gross square meters of office space. Office, laboratory and special premises are available for rent on Microkatu.

Our CoWork environment increases flexibility and enables modern hybrid work.

Microkatu forms a unique operating environment where education, research and business meet. The campus is home to the University of Eastern Finland, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Savo  Consortium for Education and more than 150 companies and communities.

Microkatu has three restaurants, a barber-hair salon, a massage therapist, a driving school and a gym. Microkatu's premises are located along good transport links and are easily accessible by car, bicycle, on foot or by public transport. There are plenty of parking spaces for tenants and guests in the parking garage and in the yard.
